Helena commenced casual employment in December 2011 as an office all rounder predominantly assisting in the area of sales support. The full time position of Residential Sales Administration Support was offered to her soon after which had Helena also work on our Saturday roster. Having had the opportunity to work alongside a strong team of agents, Helena understands how important it is to work efficiently and effectively to complete assigned tasks and keep our clients happy.
Taking part in an office traineeship, Helena has gained strong organisational and time management skills which have also been attributed to working with likeminded team leaders in her field. Helena is the perfect example of what it means to be a strong sales administrator, her feats recognised when she received her first Ray White Robina Administration Award for the first quarter of 2012.
After working as an Administrator for six months Helena was offered the position of Personal Assistant to Ray White Elite Performer, Tina Nenadic. She now understands how both sides of the fence work, and how important it is for agents to keep a close relationship with all of their clients.
In addition to her Personal Assistant role Monday and Friday, Helena still works the office roster on a Saturday. Helena still finds the time to complete her full Real Estate License with REIQ and she is also attending Griffith University finishing her degree, majoring in Real Estate and Property Development.
