Jay brings to Ray White hard working ethics and a positive attitude
Jay Wu was born and grew up in Shanghai China with his mother who was a nurse and his father a teacher.
In 2000, Jay and his family made the move to Australia and settled in Canberra where he graduated from Narrabundah College.
Having completed his schooling, Jay commenced his study at the Australian National University in Canberra and graduated in 2008 as a Certified Practising Accountant. Through hard work and dedication, Jay simultaneously completed a double degree in Bachelor of Commerce and Asian studies as well as reaching an 8th grade level on the piano.
Motivated to commence his career in accounting, Jay began work as an Auditor for Ernst & Young and spent the next 3 years working for this Big Four Accounting firm, which took him world wide and back to China. It was through this hard work and a positive attitude that also brought him many awards in his accounting career.
It was during this time that Jay developed a strong “service idea” and understanding of the customer plays, a key role paramount in ensuring customer satisfaction and a level which Jay works hard to uphold. His ability to speak English and multi Asian languages also enables him to bridge both Australian and Asian cultures.
With a move to Queensland in 2013, Jay made a decision to change direction in his career and chose to follow something he had always been passionate about, Real Estate.
A move to the Northside of Brisbane brought this opportunity to fruition and Jay accepted a position with Ray White Aspley as a sales consultant, ready to start this exciting new step in his career.
It is this attitude and determination to be successful in which ever path he chooses which has enabled Jay to develop a solid client base to help him achieve results for both buyer and sellers alike.
Living locally in Carseldine, you will find Jay enjoying time with his wife and friends out and about in Brisbane, or entertaining at home where they have a high fondness of all things music and sport.
