About Me

John has 3 adult sons, a marvellous daughter in law and the most beautiful granddaughter imaginable (John’s unbiased opinion). Moving to Gilmore (in the Tuggeranong Valley) from Gundagai in 1988, John has been able to combine a work ethos honed in the bush with the get up and go that urban living requires in our beautiful city.

John enjoys eating out with friends, family gatherings and chasing white dimpled devils across the rolling green hills of Royal Narrabundah otherwise known as Capital Golf Club. A swim in the ocean is also high on the favourites list as is travelling both within Australia and overseas and of course there is the beautiful granddaughter.

Another favourite pastime is helping within our community through Red Cross “meals on wheels”.

A former contract manager and award winning vehicle fleet manager in the Federal Public Service, John has listed and sold everything from a one bedroom unit in Hughes to a three bedroom courtyard in Conder to a 5 bedroom ensuite family home in Dunlop and everything in-between. His desire to succeed is tempered with the knowledge that everything he does is in the best interest of his vendor. Real Estate is a people business and nobody is more aware of this fact than JT.

"The jewel of the south"

Monash is at the centre of Tuggeranong Valley and has everything the valley offers. There are a variety of housing opportunities ranging from large 4, 5 & 6 family homes to 3 bedroom ensuite townhouses in tightly held complexes. It is the preferred suburb for most people in the valley just ask a local which suburb would they prefer to live in the answer will be Monash 9 times out of 10.

"The best kept secret of the southern suburbs"

You walk or ride to the western end of our cul de sac, follow the bike path about 150 metres and you are right on Lake Tuggeranong, the preferred fresh air exercise location of Tuggeranong. You can go across the bridge into the Hyperdome and shop to your heart’s content or get up early follow the lake around and rendezvous at one of the breakfast bar/ coffee shops in Anketell Street.
