About Me

Lyndel has  been involved across a broad spectrum of the real estate industry for the past 25 years. Her experience has included residential sales; retail, commercial & industrial leasing, primarily in “off-the-plan” leasing of small to large retail centres; property management for specific clients. For a number of years, Lyndel operated her own  property development company primarily involved in land acquisition, obtaining council approvals, development, leasing and on- sale of a number of small to medium retail centres.

For the past 10 years, Lyndel has specialized in project marketing and sales for small to medium level apartment and townhouse developments. This involved working  with a number of developers in advising them on their project from inception, pricing, marketing, sales and managing a small team of sales persons and to liaise with valuers to ensure successful settlement of sales on completion. Lyndel’s ability to build rapore with clients, both Sellers and Buyers, has enabled her to build a successful career in this field.

Lyndel has joined the team at Ray White Ascot as a specialist Project Sales Consultant to further  develop her career in the Project Sales arena.
