Manning’s experience and background originated in fine wool growing and fat lamb production in the Riverina. He has had a long standing involvement in the equestrian community in Wagga Wagga and, in his later years, established the Warrina White Dorper Stud at Wagga Wagga in 2010. During the summers of 2010 and 2011 Manning worked at the Egelabra Merino Stud located in Warren.
This varied experience has allowed Manning to acquire a vast local knowledge and understanding of the rural sector. Manning was schooled in Wagga Wagga and then transferred to boarding school in Sydney. He remained in Sydney to study agriculture economics, majoring in agribusiness at the University of Sydney. Whilst in Sydney, Manning also pursued his interest of rugby where he played in the Shute Shield competition for the Easts Rugby Club from 2007 to 2010.Manning is a member of the New South Wales Association of Young Farmers program and was also the 2010 President of the University of Sydney Agriculture Society. He is enthusiastic about Australian agriculture and agribusiness and has a solid knowledge of the local area. Manning commenced his career as a Sales Agent at Ray White Rural Wagga Wagga in 2012 and is committed to commercial, livestock, and most importantly, rural property sales in the district.
