About Me

With both parents having a combined 54 years experience in the property industry, you could say that Mark was destined to become involved in Real Estate.

However, it wasn’t the first career path that Mark took. His previous experience in psychology, business marketing and construction give him a broad range of skills that add real depth to his current role.

First and foremost, Mark understands people – what drives them, what concerns them and what makes them happy. It’s a skill that helps him identify and meet the individual needs of all his clients, no matter how unusual or challenging they may be.

Before he was going the extra mile for local clients, Mark lived in interesting places, right around the world - from New Zealand to Singapore to America. During his time in North Carolina, Mark consulted with highly-respected property agents Woodson Gardner and Associates. Forbes ranked them the region’s most dependable agents for their professionalism, caring manner and excellent service.

Mark brought these enviable values home with him when he returned to the Gold Coast. It shows itself in the honest, diligent and helpful way that Mark conducts himself, making him highly regarded by his Ray White colleagues and satisfied clients alike.

Despite his adventurous past, Mark now plans to stay put for a long time to come. As a Sales Consultant with Ray White, he’s able to follow his passion for property in his favourite part of the world, Burleigh Waters.

"Great Lifestyle - Beautiful Beaches - Great Restaurants"

It has the best the Gold Coast has to offer in terms of proximity to the best shopping, restaurants, night life, beaches, casino, universities as it is right in the hub of the Gold Coast.

You can reside in apartment living over looking the beach, in a small apartment block, a luxurious villa, or a home either on the waterways or a nice dry block, Broadbeach caters for all lifestyles.

It is more sophisticated than Surfers Paradise and is embraced by the locals of the Gold Coast as it is away from the main tourist strip yet provides a great night life and more refined atmosphere.

If you are coming to the Gold Coast, Broadbeach is a must to visit.

"Quiet Street - Fantastic Position - Waterfront Homes"

Jabiru Ave is a street of approx 90 homes which is a mix of elder untouched homes, fully renovated homes, and handful of relatively new homes. It is only 1.5km away from James Street and Burleigh Beach. It has a beautiful park and a corner store for your convenience. Some of the lake front homes have in my opinion have the best waterfront views in Burleigh Waters.

"Burleigh Waters - On The Move"

Burleigh Waters is one of those suburbs that truly does have it all. It is minutes to the world famous Burleigh Beach, James Streets many restaurant and cafes, Robina Town Centre (the best shopping centre in Queensland), the M1, schools, train station, lakes, parks, and a short drive to the Gold Coast Airport. Everything is at your fingertips.

It is a very relaxed place to live with it's own 'village' feel that it's residents embrace. Many of the local residents have moved from varying places, but one thing in common is that almost all of them will not move from the Burleigh area again, people really do love it that much.

The property market here has gathered a lot of momentum over the last 12 months with activity levels not seen in recent years. If you are considering moving to Burleigh Waters, make the choice and I dare say you won't regret it.

If I can help you with your move to Burleigh, then please feel free to come and see me at Ray White Burleigh Waters, I would love to share more about what is on offer is this great community.

"Premium Street in Burleigh"

Acanthus Ave is one of the most sought after streets in Burleigh due to its proximity to James Street, the beach, shopping, transport, schools, day care and the many restaurants and cafes on offer. The homes range from $1.5 million dollar mansions to quaint brick and tile homes in the $500,000 range, some of these homes border Burleigh Lake and encompass expansive water views.
Property sells extremely quick when it hits the market with people constantly looking for the opportunity to have the exclusive Acanthus Ave as their address. You can not go wrong purchasing in this street as is one of the most desired streets in the 'Burleigh Pocket' and will always remain so.
