About Me

Matt Hurlston’s highly successful career in real estate sales began in a local Ray White office in 1997. Within a few short years, Matt’s natural flair for sales and building trusting relationships with clients saw him achieve the prestigious status of the Number One Salesperson in Victoria/Tasmania – and subsequently follow this up with a series of industry awards for professional excellence in sales and across other sectors.
By 2004 – having established a fine reputation in sales results, ethical service and high levels of repeat business – Matt was ready to head up his own office in Carnegie. Ray White was the obvious choice, says Matt. After exploring several other options, he was convinced that the support and training Ray White offers its people was superior. Having access to the resources of the industry-leading Ray White network also means we can provide clients with a broad range of services backed by a solid, family-owned company founded in 1902. It offers our clients the security they’re looking for.
Matthew, a fully Licensed Estate Agent and Auctioneer, is hands-on in the day-to-day management of what has become a dynamic real estate office, one that’s made its mark both in the local community and the wider real estate industry. He is supported by a highly experienced and personable team of committed professionals, enabling him to focus on the critical elements of buyer management, marketing and the negotiation of properties.
I’m a firm believer that exceptional staff is the key to any successful business, says Matt. I also believe in investing in their mentoring, training and ongoing development for the continued provision of exceptional client services. The team at Ray White Carnegie share Matt’s strong work ethic, as well as his friendly, down-to-earth nature.

"Great bayside living great value bright future"

I lived in Highett and started our family there we lived in Peterson street and loved having the park and playground over the road from our home. We enjoyed walks to the skate park on highett road and the little park at the end of ashwood ave. The area is constantly on the improve with renovations, new homes and units being built. You only have to look at the prices of property in Hampton to work out that Highett is great value bayside of the train line and has a great future, I am a true believer and still own property in Highett. The new shopping centre is excellent. Buses run along Wickham and Highett rds and the train from Highett shops so transport is pretty convenient. A trip to the beach is best by bike or car but still convenient. Southland sc is close by also highett values are slightly cheaper on the east side of nepean hwy. Quiet friendly place to live.

  • The community
  • Great cafes on the shopping strip.
