When Myles Howell joined Ray White St Kilda midway through 2012, he realised just one part of a dream he has been working towards since 2009 when he’d first obtained his Real Estate Agents’ Representative licence.
Along the way he worked in the communications industry as a sales consultant, and enjoyed the satisfaction of doubling multiple performance targets and at the same time was also able to help people save money on their telephone, mobile and Internet costs.
The experience has proven to be invaluable for Myles, in that he understands in real estate especially, the more you put in, the more you get out.
Combine that philosophy with his interest in real estate and pure enjoyment he gets out of helping people achieve their goals and you begin to see that he has his eye on the big picture.
Already continuing his studies towards a full Real Estate Agents’ licence, Myles wants to be seen as knowledgeable, experienced and successful as an agent and auctioneer. One day he hopes to direct those skills into owning and running his own agency.
On the occasional moments when he’s not working or studying, there’s a supportive family of parents and younger brother behind him as well as interests including soccer with AC Milan, supporting the Geelong Cats, horse racing, gym, catching up with family and friends and trying new foods and restaurants.
