"Good Location"

Lumsden Avenue is located in walking distance to St Agnes Medical Centre and St Agnes Shopping Centre.

The Street itself is nothing special, apart from a couple of newer houses.

It is walking distance to Ridgehaven Primary School and there is a pretty average park on the street with a pretty average playground on it, I dont think I have ever seen anyone playing there.

There is a fair bit of traffic on Lumsden Avenue and the odd person that goes speeding by. I would not feel safe having kids playing out the front incase they went on the road.

Overall I would not recommend Lumsden Avenue to elderly people or families with children.

"Perfect Location!"

I lived on Drummond Street for about 2 years and loved the location, with the parks and all the amenities you could ask for close by.

Drummond Street is a stones throw away from a park with a playground and a large dam where you can feed the ducks and even spot the odd Pelican. There is a horse stable right next to the dam where there are about 4 friendly horses that come to say hello when you walk by.

Drummond Street is about a 5 minute drive to the local Village Shopping complex. There is a huge variety of shops, great for retail therapy or just for the grocery shopping.

Drummond Street is also a short walk to Pedare Christian College, Gleeson College and Golden Grove High Schools. There is a swimming centre close by and a 5 minute drive to many fast food outlets.

It is about a 5 minute drive to the Village Tavern, Fasta Pasta, Barnacle Bills and Green Ginger restaurant.

Overall I think that Drummond Street is a great place to live.

"A Beautiful Place to live!"

I have been living in Bowman Court for 6 months now and would have to say that it is the prettiest and friendliest street I have lived in.

Our house is at the end of Bowman court and backs on to the creek which has a walking track. There is all sorts of birdlife, my favourite being the Kookaburras.

The only traffic you really hear is that from Riverside Drive, which runs along the other side of the creek behind our house. We dont get much traffic in the Court itself just neighbours coming and going.

The neighbours keep the street clean from rubbish and leaves and even mow our front lawn. In the warmer months the neighbours would set up tables and chairs in one of the neighbours front yards for a BBQ and all the street would come along for a drink and a bite to eat.

Bowman Court is in walking distance to Ridgehaven Primary and Redwood Park Primary School's. Just past Redwood Park Primary is a small set of shops, which includes an IGA supermarket, Pizza shop, Video shop, hairdresser, Pet food shop, laundry mat, Chinese shop and more. It is about a 5 minute drive to Tea Tree Plaza and even closer to get to St Agnes Shopping Centre.

Overall Bowman Court is a beautiful place to live, great neighbours, beautiful surrounds and close to all amenities.
