"A mix of families, rentals and public housing"

Sullivan Ave has a definite blend. I have had the pleasure of walking the street and speaking to some of the locals. They residents who own their own home are lovely and keep an eye on the locals as they talk often. It is a street with many of the residents having resided there for over 10 years. Some of the houses have been renovated.

"The most beautiful Crt"

I absolutely love this location. I enjoy talking to the local and seeing their beautiful homes. Every home in this court is well kept and some are luxurious. The court is filled with older families and retirees who are so accomodating and keep an eye on the street.

"A mix of owned and rentals with some lovely families residing there."

With local schools and shops amongst the community in Dandelion Drive, it makes for a great place for young families to thrive. I have spent many hours walking the streets there knocking on doors and getting to know the locals. They are lovely and accomodating. There are ample rental properties as well as some really well done renovations.

"Easy to Get Where You Want To Go"

Rowville is such an amazing up and coming suburb. It close to the Eastlink and the Monash making it very easy to go anywhere in Melbourne.

It is very family orientated and has some beautiful streets in some of the newer estates.

It has a whole range of housing options from the traditional estates right through to modern, large homes with land.

Even though it is only a short 30 minute drive into the city, you are able to find homes on big blocks so the kids can have plenty of room for cricket and football!

Some areas of Rowville are very close to masses of land so if you are keen to feel as though you are living in the wide open spaces, you may want to look into this area.

Stud Park shopping centre is being upgraded as well and new shops and a restaurant are soon to open at 1091 Stud Rd.
