Are the prices in Wollstonecraft going to continue to rise?

Are some parts of Wollstonecraft doing better than others? or does the suburb as a whole do well?

Most definitely! At the moment there is an extreme lack of stock which then makes buyers pay more to live in Wollstonecraft. We are finding people are more inclined to stay in the home they live and renovate it to their current needs. The new light rail will also affect prices making Wollstonecraft more accessible. Wollstonecraft is a great place to live and i can see why people want to stay.
