"Wonderful Woodcroft"

Woodcroft has a great balance of old and new, with prices starting from $250,000 for two bedroom units, $299,000 for a modern villa through to $800,000 for larger homes on stunning acerage.

With schools such as the Woodcroft Christian College and shopping centres the likes of Woodcroft Shopping Centre, not to mention a quick 18 minutes to our fabulous southern beaches, 22 minutes to the famous Marion Shopping Centre, 40 minutes to the city centre and several wineries very close by, Woodcroft makes for a lovely suburb to call home.

"great growing southern suburb"

fantastic suburb with something for everyone. some luxurious ares such as mt hurtle, kings green and woodcroft farm are in the area with large blocks, situated with 4 bedroom 2 bathroom homes for reasonably prices. also includes smaller sub divisions with court yard homes that are close to shops and public transport. very tidy looking suburb with plenty of trees, parks and greenery.
woodcroft shopping centre has a library, banks, supermarket, pysiotherapist just to name a few. plenty of parks and room for kids to be active and enjoy mother nature.
2 golf courses very close by in the Vines and thaxted, both of which are fantastic to play on.
down side to woodcroft is the slow internet access, however that is currently in the process of being improved.
would recommend woodcroft for any families with kids or couples looking to have kids in the future. also a great place for retirees or alternativly 1st home buyers (which i was) due to the great name it has fantastic retail value but without breaking the budget to buy into.

"A newer area really establishing itself as a nice place to live"

Woodcoft is a nice suburb. A lot of people moved from the surrounding suburbs when the area opened up to gte access to a new house on a smaller block. The area is really starting to devlop now and becoming more established.

The blocks are relatively small, like in most new developments but they are still big enough to have a pool if you want one, and have room enough for the kids to play in. The houses tend to be courtyard sized homes with three bedrooms. Plenty big enough for families.

It is well located close to shops and bus routes. Woodcroft also has a number of quite new schools close by that are of a good standard. It is also close to the Southern Expresway making travel north or south an absolute breeze.

Some of Adelaide's best beaches aren't far away, nor is Marion, and Noarlunga Centre and there is a newer Woolworths close by. Still within walking distance is the Woodcroft Tavern and a good range of shops, banks and take away venues including a wok-in-a-box.

There are new playground facilities and parks in the area that are also good for young families.

the down side is the soil qaulity is poor, so if you're a home gardener you'll need to put a lot in to improve it.
